Kyle Kuzma is a professional basketball player from the United States who now works for the Washington Wizards of the National Basketball Association (NBA). As a junior in the 2016–17 college basketball season, he was honored with a spot on the first team of all-conference performers for the Pac-12 Conference. He played collegiate basketball for the Utah Utes.
He was chosen by the Los Angeles Lakers with the 27th overall choice in the first round of the 2017 NBA draft, and he was named to the NBA All-Rookie First Team the following year while playing for them. Before being moved to the Wizards in 2021, he helped the Lakers win an NBA championship in 2020. That season, the Lakers went on to win the title.
